No account details will be displayed if you have searched for an inactive service address.
You must enter your service address as it appears on your water utility bill. If you are not able to find your service address, you may conduct a wild card search. If more than one address matches your wild card search, a list of similar addresses will be returned.
Example: A wild card search of 123 *Main* would return
123 Main St
123 N Main
123 Jermain Dr
