If your account is inactive (examples: Requested Turn-Off or Disconnected for Non-Pay) and you have received a final bill, you must search using your Account Number in order to see your current account details.

  • No account details will be displayed if you have searched for an inactive service address.
  • You must enter your service address as it appears on your water utility bill. If you are not able to find your service address, you may conduct a wild card search. If more than one address matches your wild card search, a list of similar addresses will be returned.
  • Example: A wild card search of 123 *Main* would return
    • 123 Main St
    • 123 N Main
    • 123 Jermain Dr
